The short, hands-on courses are aimed at anyone who wants to try something new on vacation or during the vacations and enjoys being active in the water &#8211; whether young or old, beginner or advanced. <\/p>\n<p>Highlights of the new taster courses:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three compact units, perfect for vacation periods and spontaneous tasting moments<\/li>\n<li>Different formats to suit different needs: Toddler programs for gentle water familiarization or active courses for 60+ to promote mobility, strength and coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New is the Aqua-Step course for a varied power workout with music<\/p>\n<p>Aqua Fun (3-12 months) Mon. from 22.06. or 13.07. 10.45 a.m. or 11.35 a.m.   <\/p>\n<p>Aqua active 60+ Mon. from 22.06. or 13.07. 12.30 p.m. or 1.20 p.m.   <\/p>\n<p>Aqua Step Mon. from 22.06. or 13.07. 14.10 hrs   <\/p>\n<p>Aqua Bambini (1-3 years) Mon. from 22.06. or 13.07. 3.05 p.m.   <\/p>\n<p>The courses can now be booked online.  <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.suedpfalz-therme.de\/courses\/category\/\">Click here to go straight to the online store.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the first time this summer, we are offering a selection of our aqua courses as a compact taster version with three sessions.
