The Südpfalz Therme is an important health center for prevention and rehabilitation in and around the spa town of Bad Bergzabern. The soothing thermal water contains many natural minerals that have a relaxing effect on the muscles and a stimulating effect on the circulation – the basis of our therapy and exercise offerings.

For the first time this summer, we are offering a selection of our aqua courses as a compact taster version with three sessions. The short, hands-on courses are aimed at anyone who wants to try something new on vacation or during the vacations and enjoys being active in the water
Qigong has been an integral part of the Südpfalz Therme’s exercise and relaxation program for a number of years – now the course is being held outdoors in the adjacent spa gardens. Qigong is an ancient Far Eastern form of exercise and is characterized by slow, gentle and harmonious movements.
